The Centre's objective is to improve the quality of, and accessibility to, housing in Oxfordshire and in some adjacent areas. It provides advice, help, and representation for people with housing problems.

TO ASSIST THE CHARITABLE WORKS OF ST PANCRAS HOUSING ASSOCIATION AND ANY SUBSIDIARIES OF THE ST PANCRAS HOUSING GROUP ("THE ASSOCIATION") SO LONG AS ITS OBJECTS REMAIN CHARITABLE, TO SUPPORT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN CENTRAL LONDON NORTH OF THE THAMES, NORTH LONDON AND HERTFORDSHIRE, AND TO ASSIST ANY OTHER CHARITY OR CHARITIES IN SUCH MANNER BEING CHARITABLE AND TO SUCH EXTENT AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
The charitable company's principal activities are to relieve poverty and distress by providing aid and assistance to those in housing need regardless of race or religion and to educate the public concerning the nature, causes, and effect of poverty and distress.

The objects of the company are to relieve either generally or individually, persons within the area of Mid Devon, without distinction of sex or of political religious or other opinions, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items of service, or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons, and in particular to relieve persons who are homeless or threatened with homelessness or who are without decent secure permanent accommodation. The common purpose of the company is social action as defined by the principles of the Christian faith.
The principal objectives are:- .The provision of advice and assistance, principally relating to housing matters, to those in need of such services. .The development of strategies for the provision of accommodation at fair rents for persons in the Charity's areas of operation .The exploration of new initiatives for the furtherance of the objectives, including specifically shared ownership and affordable housing initiatives. .The operation of new construction initiatives and land acquisition to expand the company's portfolio.
.To prevent and relieve hardship and distress amongst those who are homeless or living in adverse housing conditions; and .To advance education, to relieve poverty and to further other charitable purposes beneficial to the community.

Relieve the poverty, sickness and distress among persons within the City of Exeter and surrounding local authority areas who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. We provide housing solutions, advice and support for clients who are in temporary or insecure accommodation and who need help to move on. We also have a preventative role, both by enabling people to stay in existing accommodation in line with national and regional strategies, and through educating pupils in schools about the nature and effects of homelessness.

.Carry out research into the science of the management, development and construction of residential housing. .Publish the results of all research.
The principal objects of the Trust are the relief of poverty by the provision of housing, the relief of sickness, the advancement of education and training of persons who are either homeless, or in need, or both, and the families of such persons, in such ways as the Board think fit and further to promote the study of and research into all aspects and methods of relief and prevention of homelessness and relief of those persons in need and make records of and disseminate the useful results of such research both nationally and more particularly in Sussex and Brighton and Hove.
